Payment Methods

We accept all payments by credit cards.

Order Cancellation

If the order has gone through the system, a cancellation will not be possible / applicable.

Exchanges / Assistance 

Defect items: If you find a defect after accepting your order, please contact us within 2 days after delivery. Exchanges or refunds will no longer be eligible after the specified duration. Please send us a clear photograph of the defect(s), with detailed description within 2 days within receival period.  In the meantime, we request customers to ensure the item is unused and contain within its original packaging. Any signs of usage or hands-on damage will not eligible for exchange. 

Items not received: For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products; the shipping cost are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Shipping Policy

Local Delivery (Singapore): Doorstep delivery is Complimentary for all orders SGD$150 and above. Upon order confirmation, you can expect to receive your orders within 3 working days.

International Delivery: If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. For Bed products, please note that international orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.
